Jason Snyder - C.E.O.
Jason oversees the strategic direction and overall operational aspects of Magnus Engineering. He is able to combine the structural, electrical and inspection expertise of Magnus Engineering with his personal expertise in renewable energy to offer clients a full service engineering solution. With his 10+ years of industry experience, Jason is able to influence all departments from estimating to project closeout. His areas of expertise include project management, site inspection and system layout/design.
Prior to the creation of Magnus Engineering, Jason served as an assistant engineer for Hopewell Valley Engineering, PC. His primary focus was municipal road reconstruction projects. In his role, Jason oversaw all phases of roadway construction including providing technical assistance to contractors, preparing engineer cost estimates, enforcing safe and appropriate construction procedures and the calculation of drainage areas. In addition to his civil engineering duties, he was also a soil & site inspector for septic disposal systems for the East Amwell Board of Health.
Jason is a member of the NJ Society of Asphalt Technologists, U.S. Green Building Council – New Jersey Chapter, American Concrete Institute - New Jersey Chapter, as well as the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association. He has certifications from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, American Concrete Institute, along with the NJ Society of Engineers. Jason holds an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Mercer County Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Temple University.

Richard Pantel, P.E. - Vice President
Richard is Vice President of Magnus Engineering, and President of Princeton Engineering, a full service solar and electrical engineering firm. He brings over 30 years of engineering expertise to bear on a wide variety of projects. Richard holds Professional Engineering Licenses in over 11 states, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Princeton University's School of Engineering.
Prior to Magnus Engineering, Richard was President and CEO of TectoniCorp for 15 years. TectoniCorp specialized in land development, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering and land surveying.
Richard is Vice President of Magnus Engineering, and President of Princeton Engineering, a full service solar and electrical engineering firm. Richard holds Professional Engineering Licenses in over 11 states, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Princeton University's School of Engineering.

James Strizki, P.E. - Vice President
James is Assistant Vice President of Magnus Engineering where his responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks including: project management, structural analysis and design, wind load analysis for buildings, overseeing CADD design and providing technical expertise.
Prior to Magnus Engineering, James served as a Project Engineer at the New Jersey Department of Transportation with a focus in structural bridge evaluation. He performed engineering load & design calculations, conducted structural inspections and completed appropriate reporting, designed repair schemes and procedures for structurally deficient bridges and managed consultant groups contracted with the state for bridge inspection.
James holds a Professional Engineering License in the State of New Jersey, and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. He also holds several certifications from the National Highway Institute including:
